Well today about at 9 at night I decided to go home from an outing so I get to the car, start it up like normal and begin driving. After a few moments the "BRAKE" light below the tach lights up. I pull over, park the car and turn it off. Turn it back on and the light is still on. I tug the e-brak handle up and down a couple of times but the light was still there. So i decided to ignore it and drive back home. About halfway home the light just turned off on it's own.
Anyone else had something like this happen? What could've this been? Thanks.

So just a simple adding of brake fluid will do it, then?
alright, so what kind do i need to get? It's a 5s-fe engine with front disc brakes and rear drums. Or should i do a brake bleed and/or flush?
I really know nothing on brakes

^ well if your brakes arent squeaky due to low pad life or due to rotors that need to be resurfaced, you should be fine... just fill up on the brake fluid and i think you should be good to go.. dot 3/4 should be good enough for you
