im sorry, I cant really help you on this, but this reminded me of when I tried getting a hold of 3M tinting. Left multiple messages to different people, emailed them, and called multiple dealers. NO ANSWER STILL to this date. after two weeks, i gave up on them and really didn't care about them. I really dont know how they get buisness, unless its badluck on my behalf.

I got a rear sway bar from them for my Gen5 and it works great. They have great customer service because I ordered the sway bar that fits the Gen5 in australia, but it's different from the one in the US, and forwarded the problem to whiteline and developed one that works for our cars and gave me the first one. This company has contact with Whiteline, perhaps you can ask them some questions.
