2nd Generation Will a front anti-sway bar swap from a V6 to 4 cyl. ?

I have a 1988 camry wagon with 4 cyl. I need to fix the bad driver's side bar to control arm bushing. Well the nut on the end of the bar is rusted on for good. So I think the best thing to do is get a new one from Whiteline (if I can get through to them) or go the junk yard and get one in better shape off a car. I do plan on getting all new urethan bushings, the bar to body, and bar to control arm. Since I'm going to go through the trouble to replace the bar I would like to upgrade if possible.

My question is will a front bar off a V6 model fit onto a 4 cyl.? I'm guessing that the V6 bar is larger in diameter. So I would have to order all the bushing for a V6. But do I have to also change my control arms to V6 ones?

Thanks

Hmmm. Really when I went to the dealer for a laugh to get a price on a new bar and some control arm bushings, the dude said there was a difference betweent he V6 and 4 cyl. ?

Well I'm going to the junkyard next weekend I will take a micrometer along and give them a measurin'.

Thanks for the input.
