Did anyone noticed the price drop in Camry

I was just looking at Toyota.com and I saw the MSRP for LE models is now 19,450. I could have swore it was $20,500 a week ago. I wonder if other models had the price drop as well.

That would be the base LE with manual trans (good luck finding one) and doesn't include the destination fees and such.

When I was asking around for Camry 2006 and 2007, the price increase from 2006 model to 2007 model was very minor. Only 1000 dollars or less difference from what I can remember, but you are getting much more of a car from a 2007 Camry, so in that respect the price came down. I asked the salesman, who would buy a 2006? He said the financing rates are much better for the 2006's.

Any way, my point is, if you ask me you get a better bang for your buck with the 2007, so in that sense the price did drop.

In reality, the 2006 2-3 months ago (can't find them now) can usually be found $1000 or more BELOW INVOICE. In fact, give it a couple more months and everyone would be able to buy 07 Camry at invoice (except the Hybrid).

Wow, they have a manual LE now?

SUPPOSEDLY the manual transmission is STANDARD on the CE, LE and SE but good luck finding one in anything other than a CE. That's what I had to buy to get one but I could care less about the LE.

I got mine for $80 over invoice.
