Automatic AC Blower not working! HELP

I have the automatic AC system and today the fon completely stopped working.

I did the self test on the AC and it gave a code #21

According to the service manual that code is for a faulty solar sensor. I don't think this has anything to do with the problem, but please let me know if it does. Or even if you have any info on where the sensor is or what it does.

According to my service manual there is no blower relay for the automatic system. It alsO says that you can not work on the automatic AC system.

So, I do not really know what to check or how to check it. If you have worked on the automatic AC system before and have any tips or advice please let me know. Thanks.
