Question How to remove EGR VSV ?

Hello,

does anyone know how to remove this part from Camry 2000 (4 cyl)? Been reading forums, FAQs, Haynes and there's not much info on that other than people complaining that it's really hard to get to. Anyways, I got under the car and found it, I can see it, I can touch it with a finger but that's pretty much all I can do, there is really not much clearance around it.

Found one post where someone was recommending getting to it by taking off a front passenger wheel. Tried this today and was not even able to see that thing. Any advice/pointers will be highly appreciated.

BTW, I am dealing with p0401 code "Insufficient EGR". Did whole bunch of tests with vacuum pump on EGR valve, modulator, checked the hoses and narrowed it down to EGR VSV because everything else seems to be working fine.

thanks again for any help,
-art
