4th Generation How easy to upgrade to heated mirrors?

I've got a '99 and my passenger mirror is scraped up so I was thinking of replacing with one off Ebay.
The prices are very cheap, a heated mirror is only $25 or so.
Is the wiring in place on the car for heated mirrors, or would I have to do some hacking to the car itself to get them to work?

Has anyone bought any of these?

My car is that odd almost silver/grey colour and matching it's colour will be a royal pain, but maybe if I get two black mirrors I can just keep them their natural colour and it shouldn't look too bad.

If your car did not have it, you'd most likely need to wire it in. I may be doing it on my Gen 3.
