Well I got my new gracia lights in and plastic fogged up lights out. I still need to tweak the a bit but yeah. And since you all probably see the intercooler I will let you in on a few other sneak peeks but I dont want to post up a picture of my whole engine bay like it is now until it is all the way done and tuned. (like next weekend...) So yeah for now just a few pics I took while installing the turbo. Enjoy.
Nice setup. Cant wait to see the finish results the the hose connected. Also do you have any pics of the underbody? I know u had to modify that x-haust pipe.

Yeah I cut out the original grill and the lower bumper bar thing. I made a whole custome 2.5 inch exhaust with a magnaflow hi flow cat and a straight through muffler. The hardest part was the downpipe. I just need more time to get it running good. I hardly drive it now I work like 60 hour a week every day. But I will have some time coming up, I will fine tune it myself with my wideband o2 and then take it to the dyno. Stay tuned!
Lovin it.. I may have to do the same to my Upper grill Cuz I'm gettin sick of the same old same old. You scared me for a min.. I thought you beat me and my colleague to the First Gen 4 V6 Turbo

How are you going to hook up the Intercooler? (Placement of Pipes)
It looks like the Compressed air from the turbo is going to come up straight UP to the Intake Manifold. The picture as you have it (even if incomplete) looks like the easiest way to finish your set up would be to Place a Pipe from the turbo directly to the Intake manifold.
Were/How does your intercooler Piping fit? If you run 3-5PSI (not much power) would an intercooler be needed at all?? Blow off valve could be placed in (imaginary) pipe between turbo and Intake Manifold (theoredicaly).
WOW, im impressed you made me want a turbo now, my car is even the same color. I just pictured my self drinving that thing...sweeet...

compressor outlet does a elbow turn to the cooler pipe sitting next to the left side of the head, so the right outlet from the intercooler can poke around the right side back to the engine ^^

Well that might work but I will stick with my cooler cause I want to be safe while pushing 5-7 psi for now. My setup is actually done now and the piping runs under the passenger side headlight thru the cooler and up under the driver side through a few bends into the TB. Here is a pic I found of the passenger side when I was installing it. Its old volvo couplers and factory intercooler piping. (yes I know there was a t bolt clamp missing.)
And yeah I want a front lip so I am adapting one to fit right now. Kinda crappy picture but its basically just a simple flat black lip to clean up the body lines under the front. I would love a trd kit though...
