Diff. Camry Gen. Wheels Compatible?

Ok, I have a 2002 Camry with 5 bolt pattern wheel. My question is... are all Camry's with 5 bolt wheels interchangable with each other? For example, will a 1997 Camry with 5 bolt wheel fit my 2002 Camry?

No. The Gen 2 Camry has 5x100mm while Gen 3-5 has 5x114.3mm. I am not certain about the Gen 6, but I assume it is 5x114.3mm, but I cannot say for certain.

The offsets on Gen 3 and 4 are the same, but the Gen 5 wheels have a larger positive offset. The wheels could fit, but I suspect that the wheel from a Gen 4 will rub the fender s on the Gen 5 because of the lower offset.

The wheels from a Gen 5 SE do not fit the Gen 4 without a spacer.
