Question Upgrading Spark plug cables, What holder do you use?

When you change/upgrade the ignition cables (spark plug cables) to thicker cables, what do you do to make sure that it does not sit on the engine block?
Cos usually the OEM cable holders will not work.

Let me know what ingenious ways have you done to keep the cables off the engine block.
