ac problem

I have a 92 camry 2.2 l dx. My ac blows ice cold. When the fan is on low speed, The ac starts to warm up, and I noticed the ac light was blinking. I tured the ac off and then on again and the problem goes away. The problem doesn't seem to happen all the time.
Any body have any ideas it would be a big help.

It might be your compressor belt. I heard because the compressor is the lowest part on the engine, that it is easily exposed to water and such, and can cause slipping of the belt which sometimes can result in that flashing a/c light.

That's what I heard, but I'd rather let someone more experienced probably explain it to you.
