I was looking at kbb.com and configuring the LE I4. Why is it that gulf states and southeast state has the option of having leather but the northeast (NYC) doesnt. If they could I would have found my perfect car, but nooooooo I had to bump it up to the SE to get leather.

Put your own leather in.

Im my "region" you can't get a 5 speed in anything other than a CE even thought it's supposed to be "standard equipment" on the CE, LE and SE models.

No one touching my shit when I buy it. I would rather purchase it from the dealer than have a someone touch my new car.

RockXP, for whatever reasons - every vehicle trim isn't available in every region of the country. That's why I had to get my 5-speed manual SE allocated from another region, as it wasn't available here in New England or even in NY/NJ/CT. Seems strange to me, but it was well worth the wait!!

Don't settle. Find the car you want and wait for it.
