Gen5 Windshield Questions

Hello Mates:

how long after you change the windshield can you start driving? go to the car wash? will letting the car sit for 24 hours after replacing the windshield be enough time to allow the adhesive to stick better?

Just had my Chrysler done. They told me a minimum of 12 hours to cure my adhesive.

I just got my windshield replaced today. THe installer put some duct tape on the top and said not to remove that for 24 hours and not to car wash for 48 hours. I drove my car afterwards.
