I don't know what you've attempted to get it to seal but a common problem I've seen is pans which have been over-tightened. This causes the metal to 'flare out' around the bolt holes and you're hard-pressed to ever get it to seal. It's possible to repair it with a block and a smooth-faced hammer. (I would use a body hammer.) Doesn't answer your question but worth checking.

Are you sure that it is the pan that is leaking? Check the oil press. switch and your valve cover for other sources of oil too.

Overtightening forces the FIPGasket out of the joint. I use a grey high modulus (hard) RTV for oil pans.

Start with new RTV on clean surface and assemble ASAP, tighten evenly to 75-80% and let it rest for a bit then tighten again.

I did my oil pan with felpro gasket! It works good. Dont leak oil anymore. Just make sure to flatten the pan with ballpin hammer and torque it to spec.

I had a valve cover gasket leaking on the back side of the engine. Very difficult to see and track down.

This may be a stupid question, but did you change the oil plug washer? They are not meant to be reused after oil changes.
