Eyebrows / Grille

Whats up everybody.. I havent posted on here in a while but I need help again... you guys are good at helping fellow camry guys.. anyway.. Ive seen a couple of gen 3's with eyebrows.. how was this accomplished?? Im really interested in doing this on my car.. another question, easy one, is what are the specifics about making your own grille.. the mesh one, ive heard people buying from home depot, but i need to know what brand is best and the best way to install.. sorry for the long post, thanks in advance for your answers/comments!

the eyebrows it depends i've been told ppl buy the gts headlight covers and then cut to fit on their applications... i bought a real eyebrow from dolphin aeroform in japan... it was meant for a gen 3 and in fiberglass form unlike the plastic gts... i havent had mine painted yet...
