How long does one of those $4.99 "xeon" light bulb last? what is the color temputure to be legal in honolulu, hawaii?

I wouldnt dare stick one of those anywhere near my car. Most fake xenon's under $20 aren't worth it IMO. And even those aren't all that great.

Those xenon lights aren't legal in Hawaii. Be sure to switch the stock ones in before safety inspection.
