Canada reset ecu and code for activating the radio

Hi all:
I am really tempted to reset the ecu since my 2002 camry LE V6 is only getting 420km per tank. The best I ever did before is about 465 and seems getting worse and worse. Anyway, I heard reseting the ecu would require a code for the radio or it will be locked and disabled. The only code come close to that seems to be a yellow sheet of paper sticking inside my user menu by my dealer. However, nothing on the paper clear indicate that it is the code for the radio.
I called Toyota Canada, hoping they have the code in their database. The answer I got from them is "contacting the dealer with the radio face plate number, and the dealer has to contact the radio supplier with that face plate number to get the acitivation code".
I am discouraged since the dealer threaten me not to temper with the ecu or it would messed up everything. Not that I would care about what the dealer said since they never really fixed anything for me. It is the lenthy process described by Toyota Canada would give the dealer an excuse to drag for months and still won't get it done.
So, if anyone can tell me how the code for radio look like and in what document is it printed, I would really really appreciate!!!

Thank you very much in advance.

Just talked to the dealer on the phone. They say they won't give the code to me on the phone. I have to book an appointment and bring my car in. They will charge me 1/2 of service ( $98 / 2) just to give the code to me. And of course, I have to wait about one hour every time I visit that dealer. I think it will be better deal to find the code some other way.
Anyone can give me a hint?

I don't think there is a code for the radio. I had the JBL on my 03 and there was no code. I've changed out the Head unit on an 00 XLE and there was no code either. This were both US cars so there may be a difference in the Canada version. Hey!
