how to take care of your leather?

I'm starting to see wrickles in my passenger leather seats. I got a seat cover for my the driver seat just 'cause I know this'll help protect my leather. Is the leathing coating a good option for keeping the leather over the long run and is it worth it to have? What other leather care do you guys recommend?

I'm starting to have the same problem but my leather is hard as hell. Does anyone know any chemicals that will soften leather?

Conditioner. When it gets hard, it means it has gotten dry. Condition, condition, condition.

I have a buddy that has a classic Ferrari 308 (the one in the TV show Magnun PI), he said the original owner kept nothing but Tanners Leather Oil on the seats and they are in excellent condition after 26 years. The original owner was a car collector that had dozens of exotics. good enough for those, good enough for a Camry

After seeing the factory original seats after all those years, it sold me. I use nothing but this now on all my leather products

http://cgi.ebay.com/Tanners-Leather-...QQcmdZViewItem

It is a light oil, so it requires being put on every 3-4 weeks at a min.

Since Toyota leather has a polyurethane coating, you can clean it with any leather cleaner, or Woolite. You still have to use gentle cleaners, so as not to break down (or dull) the clear coating.
Ostensibly, anything that cleans vinyl or polyvinyl will work, but some of those type cleaners (Simple Green , Castrol etc.) are much harsher than I would recommend, unless extreme dirt is the issue, and only use them then by first testing in an inconspicuous area.

Stick with a Lexol type cleaner (or equivalent) , diluted Woolite and you'll be fine.
You can mix Woolite 6:1 (6 parts water, 1 part Woolite) for general cleaning, and you can go 3:1 for stains and serious dirt if necessary.

I use 30:1 diluted 303 aerospace cleaner. Brush. Wipe. Condition with Pinnacle leather condition. Wipe again. Repeat if necessary.
