4-cyl Camrys with ABS also have rear discs just for you information.

Here is my quick rundown of the parts you'll need.

- rotors
- calipers
- torque plates
- brake pads (shims??)
- hubs
- hydraulic brake lines

Im pretty sure that converting the rears will also require new hydraulic lines to be routes to the rear brakes. These lines i believe run in a small "corridor" underneath the chassis. You'd need to look into this.

I think that you should check out some How-to sites of people doing drum-to-disc conversions on other Toyota's such as Celicas and Corollas. You might learn a lot that is applicable to your project aswell.

My personal opinion is that the front brakes play a much larger role than the rears, especially in a FWD car, and that once you analyze the cost-benefit factor of this modification, it would be worth more to you to spend your money to upgrade your front brakes.
