Wow that's just plain rude.

It's a problem of EVERY forum out there in the world...and it's pretty hard to fix. We've tried flashing search buttons in the past.... Best you can do is just do the search for them, show them the results and tell them that's the best way to find out info on it. That will usually tell them how easy it is.

No use bashing on people.
