USA How to Post Pictures and Images

I like to post pics and images. They turn a post from boring to interesting and emphasize your mesage. Except some people seem to have problems, as i did at first until i more or less tripped over the easy way to do it.
(Please know, there are alot of steps involved at first - setting up an acct at a photo host etc. so for the one-time post or someone with just a casual interest, this may not be worth the effort.)

How to Post a Picture or Image to Toyotanation:

1. Set up an acct with an online picture site, i use www.photobucket.com.
2. On your own computer, put your photos somewhere you can find them easily, like My Documents
3. Use photobucket, login and and browse to the photos you want to post and download them to photobucket

4. While still in photobucket site, note that there are lines under your picture, they say "URL", "tag" and "image". The one you will use for this site is the first one, "URL".
Highlight the gobbledy**** in the "URL" line with your mouse. Then click "edit, copy" in internet explorer.

5. Now you go back here to the toyotanation site, (its easiest to have the two windows open at the same time) and in your post you want to make, click the "IMAGE" icon.

6. A box pops up, to the left it says "URL" then some more BS, so just hit DEL to make this blank.

7. Hit CTRL-V to paste your image information into this box

8. Then click ok and your image will appear in your post.

9. If your image turns out to be ridiculously large inside your post, you can go back to photobucket and find your picture. Then click EDIT and you can reduce the size to 75% or 50%. Except you might have to delete and download the image again to affect the resizing.
