2nd gen face lift

so the front of my car looks bad. not everything, just the bumper and the lower valance. and that weird piece at the edge of the hood above the bumper (rusted or paint crumbled) .. i can just sand and prime that, no big deal. but is there a cheap place to redo the front of my car? oh yeah .. the passenger side headlight is pushed in ever so slighty and the marker lamp is busted.

so basically i need 1. lower valance 2. possibly the bumper, i dont know what these look like by themselves. 3. passenger side marker lamp.

where can i get these parts and not get raped?
