4th Generation Changing color of dash gauge lights + AC unit?

Please excuse me as I would like to point out that I am a complete novice at "modding" cars. I want to start small and modify the gauge lights in my '00 Camry's dashboard instrument cluster. To my limited knowledge, it's seemingly easy but a bit time consuming.

To start, I have a grey interior and I currently have an Aiwa head unit with a separate XM Roady 2 unit mounted next to it. Both units have an ice blue look to them...almost like an off-white color.

By default, the '00 Camry's gauge and AC lights are green -- an outdated color, in my humble opinion. I would like to change the main colors from green to this ice blue/white'ish color so that it fits better with the more high-tech look of my audio equipment.

I've searched the forums but there are SO MANY threads that it would take an eternity to sift through them. I remember once stumbling upon a thread that had pictures posted of this exact mod. Can someone please link or post new information to help this novice out? Any advice is most appreciated!
