I always notice the distinctive white light coming from upscale cars like the TL etc. Is it possible to put HID (white) light on the 07 camry LE? And how much should it cost?
what kind of bulb does the 07 camry have? you can generally do some search on Ebay. they have a lot reputable brands. don't buy any asian made hid b/c they are low quality. i think the 07 are H11 bulbs but not sure. IMO you can purchase OEM part from german made xenon and buy the H11 adapters for the bulbs. phillips 4300k d2s bulbs run around 50-60 bucks/pair on ebay and d2s/d2r ballasts run around 100-300 bucks/pair.
the 07's use H11 bulbs. good brands are hella, mtech, philips, etc. you can go on xenondepot.com. they pretty much try to use oem parts so they're pretty good quality. they're a bit more expensive than some of the cheapo brands you see on ebay, but you get what you pay for.
Why pay around $300, when you can pay like $80, and get a pair of PIAA"s with a color temperature of about 7500K, this is a plug and play lamp; i saw it on amazon.
I really did not mean to offend anyone, and sorry if i did; i was just my opinion that you did not need to pay that much money, for somthing that you can get for a cheaper price.
I am too getting my V6 XLE camry this friday and want Hid lights. Is it possible to get the one like the S2000 Honda? The one in the S2000 just light up the horizon like day. Please let me know.
thanks.

huh? halogen bulbs have nothing on HIDs (at least proper retrofitted HIDs)... you're comparing apples and oranges.

4300 K would be the brightest and whitest, OEM uses this color temperature. If you want more blue, than use 6000 K. I don't recommend going above 6000 K, useable light decreases as you go up from there.
I ordered the H11 kit from Xenondepot.com, Got the 4300k because that is the same as the factory lighting on vehicles that come equipped with HID's. The kit uses the same phillips D2S bulbs used in most stock applications.
