Idle Shaking

I've been driving a 1992 Camary Le and I suddenly have a problem with it. When I come to a stop at idle, my car starts to vibrate. It dips the RPM lower then the idle, causing it to shake. I also had a problem tonight when I let go of my gas, my car started to go faster; from 40MPH to 60MPH. I braked, and the RPM suddenly REV to 4 Thousand RPM for no apparent reason. I was wondering if the problem was the same because of the idling situation. So, I just wanted any advice people would have before I go to a shop and get it fix.

check the engine mounts and the transmission mounts.

I Agree give your mounts a good look over

Sounds like your throttle body is due for a cleaning and your fuel injectors or both.
