I believe those came on the hybrid model. At least that is what the manufactuer states.

No, the hybrid has the same as the XLE

Ya know, cars have wheel otions, not all XLE V^s come with the same wheels, and there are even wheel options for the LE.

I have seen some aftermarket places selling chrome OEM rims for the Camry on Fee-Bay.
