One of our passengers had written on her hand with in and it came off on our seats. We've tried hairspray, rubbing alcohol, acetone, armor-all oxymizer, purple power, lthr shoe cleaner and woolite. It won't come out! Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hmmm. Hairspray usually work but depending on the type of ink. Sorry to here that, maybe you can call a local upholstery shop.

try asking on www.autopia.org

They can usually get any stain out of anything.

Maybe try a good car leather cleaner? Like Sonus Leather Cleaner?

Careful - solvents will cause the ink to be absorbed deeper into the leather pores.

Have you tried glycerine soap?

I never had the need to use this product but guys on another car forum say it works.

I may buy some for my leather just in case.
