how to swap Auto to M/A?

what parts are required to do a auto to manual swap for a 99 LE V6? how much would it cost total for parts and profressional installation? I'm comtemplating this swap because i'm tired of driving auto, want to make my camry a M/A.

Let me know. Thanks

You would want the e-153 tranny which will cost anywhere from 500-1000. You may be able to find them at a junk yard.

Installation will probably run AT LEAST 1500.

Edit: And I'm pretty sure you probably would need a 2nd car while your camry is in the shop. It's not a weekend job, and if you really want it to be a weekend job, be read to pay out the ass.

Yeah, true.

I just had a thread a few below about this. The link for this is in the Camry FAQ. Look for the sticky up above. All the parts are listed there. You just need to buy the identical parts for your year.
