any springs that DO NOT lower?

hey guys, i am getting a suspension reworked and i want springs that DO NOT lower. i can't find stock springs, and i'm scared they will be too soft. i want a firm ride but i hate lowered cars! i don't want big rims either, i'm putting 2001 xle v6 rims on, 16"x6" because i like how they look. they were designed for the car, and i want to keep the appearance of my car close to stock. what do it do? help! my friend says that lowering my car even 1.2" with eibachs will make it look completely ricer and the ride will be extremely bouncy. opinions? thanks!

With 1 - 1.5 inch drops, you'll barely see the difference.

Like they said, shocks!

but if you still want go with ones like eibach...the lowering is minimal.

I'd start with good quality struts, but you may want to look into the springs from the V6 model. I believe the spring are different to compensate for the additional weight.

What's with the repost of basically the same exact questions?

http://www.toyotanation.com/forum/t144394.html

We already told you exactly everything you need to know!! What the crap? Our (or at least my) time is too damn precious to sit around and read about you and your friends' biased views on lowering cars, AFTER you got a shitload of opinions to begin with.

Glaring blue HID bulbs are NOT classy, and don't make your car look nice, no matter what that kid in the Civic told you.

Amen

Don't doublepost. If you want a stock look and a stock ride keep it stock. If not listen to what's been advised.
