I had that problem too. The rubber band that's supposed to keep the water from goin in wouldn't stay in place so I took out the whole thing ( those little screws in the middle are a bitch to take out ) and I siliconed the rubber from the inside so it would stay in place and after I put back the piece and squeezed it hard I put another bead of silicone on the outside and I went over with my finger (yuck) so it would fill all the gaps from the outside. Because it was clear it does not show at all and the results are good so far !

I had the same problem. I took the panel off and put it in the sun and tried heating it up with a hair dryer to try and get as much moisture to evaporate and get out as I could. Then I put a bead of silicone on the seam on all four sides and put it back on. It still has a tiny bit of moisture in it (I think from what was still in it when I sealed it up), but its not nearly as bad as it used to be, and I think no more moisture has gotten in it since.
