camry taxi???

just the other day i was thinking, 'y r there no camry taxis'? well, last night as i was drivin through downtown van city to my sisters place, i saw a brand new gen 5 camry taxi. i thought that was pretty interesting considering i was just thinkin bout it. then, about 2 blocks later, i see a gen 4 camry taxi! that was nuts. i never seen 1 before now i see 2 within 2 blocks of each other. this is a crazy world we live in.

anyone else see many camry taxis?

I live near montreal and there is a LOT of camry taxi at Montreal and Quebec province

In Toronto, GTA I heard that Taxis have a limited life span now (that's what I was told) so I guess Taxi companies are starting to use cars like Camry's and stuff because they can retain value?

Not entirely sure but that's what I was told by a cabby who happened to be driving a camry.

Well hope about this, the City of De Land, Fl has contracted T-Tuning Motorsports, the parent company of T-Tuning Customs to try to develop a 5 Gen Camry into a mean street prowler police crusier, also we have already developed the Sienna into a paddywagon for Volusia County.

I've actually seen a Gen3 camry in beige color!!! If i remember correctly, it was a 95-96 kind.

there are alot in toronto if you look especially the new emassador taxis
i the 2002 models really never seen a gen 3 one
