Exclamation If car doesn't start... Whats the problem?

If the car was on and just went off by itself.

What could be the problem if the engine wouldn't start? Even with a boost, it wont... seems battery is fine.

The engine sound is there when trying to start the engine, it just won't start. I think there is no spark. The stereo and everything inside works fine. Engine light is not on. Could it be some electrical problem? so I was told.

Could somebody give me some ideas on what can cause this??

I would appreciate the help!

you are out of gas?
sound simple but my wife had her car towed to a dealer once after she left 3 minutes earlier
they must have idles the crap out of half a tank of gas
also listen for the fuel pump turning on when you turn the key forward
alsoo provide a bit more info year, model , engine milage
more than likely it is a fuel issue

Well if the engine turns over theres either no spark, no fuel, or both.

I would check the ignition system first.

Car: 1995 Toyota Camry LE
Milage: ~ 185K km

Its not the fuel, cuz tank was filled completely 2 days earlier.

First I was told it was the distributor, but after some testing, I was told its some electrical problem.

Tried uncliping the spark plug wire and tried starting engine. There was no spark. I was told its an electrical problem and am waiting for a car electrician to have a look and diagnose.

Could this be related to an amp/sub/capacitor installation that was done recently?

first rule in school
KISS
keep it simple stupid ( i am not directing this at anyone so don't get offended)
basically start with the easiest things like gas then move on
well you know it is and ignition problem
is the LE a v6?

i doubt it has anything to do with it
but
have you double check the battery connections?
as i think it has 2 grounds and if one is off the car get power but not to all parts

later

After checking the ignition components and you still can't figure it out, have somebody check to ensure the fuel pump is working.
