its coming from the top right side of my gen 4.5 2001 camry

it seems like its just water.. and when i noticed it leaking.. i was idling my car while having the a/c on full blast. is it something to worry about? the a/c seems to be blowing cold air just fine.

This is water. Moisture condenses on the A/C evaporator inside the car. A tray catches this water it drains through a hose out the bottom of the car.
