Unfortunately the battery was off long enough that it reset everything. Now my idle evidently is screwed up because the car will shake you like a margarita when sitting at a light. Any suggestions???

Everytime you disconnect the battery, the ECU loses its memory and it will give funky idle and transmission gear shift pattern for awhile.
