Yes, I had this problem.
You better off get your lock cylinder replaced before it stop working totally. Otherwise, what happened to me, I had to tow my car to the mechanic. And that was additional cost.
If you try to do it yourself, make sure you use right size philip screw driver otherwise screw would worn out too, additional cost for drilling it.
The worst part of this would be, you would have different keys for doors and ignition.
There is a better way. You can try finding a 1800 number for toyota that have key codes of every single model of Toyotas. They could release the codes to a perticular dealer by your vin number.
Dont go directly to the dealer about that. First request the key code from 1800 number then go there.
