Any suggestions on them for my 1992 Camry? Sparco, Momo, etc... I'm intsrested in getting some with recliners. I don't really want or need to use the four point harnesses. I want to use my existing seatbelts.

Mine:
I can still use the stock seatbelts but I chose to use the harnesses. Just depends on what you like.
I have the sparco torino(s). The second one is going in this week cuz Sparco didn't give me the second set of Hardware for my other seat. I had to show with only one seat... oh well.

I was looking through TN earlier today and I saw a post with your seats in em. Those are very nice. What's the feel in em? Are they good for every day driving? Where do the 4 points connect? Do they connect to the seat itself, or somewhere else? Why did you get Torino instead of RS2GT, etc? How much did you pay?
yukio: this is my first look into your seats... nice setup.... hope u get the other one soon.. i ordered mine from dan already they're pretty nice... i hope i get my brackets soon he said 2 weeks... dependable rite???
How much did you guys pay to get the seats from Dan? Are there brackets for a 1992 Camry? I don't really want to have to fabricate something to put em in.
Well Sparco torinos costs about 500-550 a seat, and also they do make seat brackets for our camrys the only problem is how long will it take for you to get it. The seat brackets costs anywhere from 100-150 so better have your wallet ready because it costs a pretty penny.
Whoa... didn't think I was gonna get so many questions! hehe.
s2tigger: They feel great. I'm a bigger guy so it's pretty snug. I can sit in them for hours and not feel any disconfort. Great for daily driving! The Harnesses conncect to the rear seat belt bolts and the sides conncect to the seat bracket rear and the other side connects to the stock seat belt point. Kinda hard to explain. I got the torinos cuz they're more of a showy seat also they have the color scheme that I wanted. It matched my interior.
SCEPTER300RR: I talked to Dan this past weekend (Saw him at a car show) and he told me that you've already placed an order. He's pretty dependable. Make sure you also order adapter plates and sliders. He forgot to tell me that so make sure you hit him up for those too.
Kevin basically hit the price for the brackets and the seats right on the head.
Anymore questions??? Lemme know.

His shop's number is 818-442-9189.
Just to let you know, I didn't get mine from Dan. I got it from Sparco.
I found out that I already had them sitting at my distributor when I was working at the shop and they needed to get rid of them so I just swung by and swiped them.

yukio: i need the adapter plates and slider too??? goddamn... how much is all this gonna run me now... i thought i just needed the brackets to mount properly cos my seats have sliders on them already... i already wasted USD150... how much more do u think i have to fork out for the adapter plate and slider??? let me know... if i really really need it i'd get it... thnx
CamryPunk, Soundlzrd, and anyone else,
let me get this straight than...
The harness uses factory bolts for the front seat? In other words I won't have to mount or attach anything to back seat area and people will still be able to sit in the rear seats? The costs per side would include:
550 - Seat
150 - Bracket
? - Adapter Plate
? - Slider
? - Harness
And if I got all of thoses pieces than it would be a direct bolt on replacement for my stock seat? Can I use the stock seatbelt with the seat?

The straps that go over the shoulder mount to where the rear seat belts are bolted down.
Similar to the pic below, but the harness in the pic wraps around instead of bolt down.

Adapter plates and sliders should cost you around $200. This is for a PAIR.
Harneses should be around $90 each... $180 for a Pair.
