well i dont know if there eibach springs but i know when my cousin had some, he bought 2 sets for two of his cars, and they all said "EIBACH" somewhere on there.
I don't think eibach springs are standard for a camry. At least not for a gen 4. TRD springs are rebadged eibach springs. In other words, eibach are lowered, "performance" springs. I do not know how to tell from looking at a distance. But eibach springs have its part number on every spring.
if they say eibachs on them, then they should be hte eibachs
and the v6 eibachs are longer than the 4banger eibachs by a bit. as well, you can't really tell if they are lowering springs without areal comparison beside another set of springs- I remember hte rear ones being pretty long, so those actually look right
