Anyone have a problem with restarting your V6 camry?

After its been running for a while? Say i take a 45 min drive down the freeway, turn the engine off, then have to restart the car... the car sometimes has a problem restarting... it will crank and not start, or sometimes it will start up and rpm's will be REALLy low and it will stall.... it then starts after say 2-3 times..... I have a 2000 Camry LE V6 Auto w/ 75k miles(freeway miles). i bought it new. Otherwise the car runs perfectly fine.... what might be causing this? All maintenance intervals have been done... lots of $. My wife also drives the car(more than i do) and she says it never happens with her.... and she doesnt think anything's wrong with it at all... Am i just not starting it correctly or something? not holding the key long enough?? i dunno...

thanks
Sean

This happens to me too. I have a 95 V6 with similar miles...I just hold down the gas at about 1.5k rpm until the engine kicks up again. A permanent fix would be nice....

you need to clean your throttle body buy the spray pull off the intake hose and spray slowly while reving the engine until the can is empty
it will clear up it is caused by a buil up around the throttle plate causing the car to suffocate
as it only happens when the car is warm not when it is first started since it has high rpms also the bypass if open for more air with the throttle plate closed
try it it should work
wal mart does this for i think 35 dollars uses a fuel treatment a throttle cleaning and a vacum line valve cleaner very worth
