over-riding antitheft.

Oh NO!!!!!!!!! Working on the GF's 94 Camry this am.....unhooked the battery and upon re-attachment.... now the car won't start. It seems that the anti-theft is enabled and she or I don't have a clue how to over-ride it. She bought this car from someone who never advised that there was an anti-theft feature on the car.
I've checked the manuals above and haven't found any mention of over-riding the anti-theft feature. Anyone know how?

I was afraid of that. I've worked on her car previously but never had it not start after disconnecting/reconnecting the battery. We've had a couple of mechanics have this problem with it also but can't remember how they overcame it. Here it is the weekend and I can't find ANYONE around my area who knows anything!!!!
That's what I get for trying to save her some money and work on her Camry myself.
