Start problems or woes

i have a 98 camry i4. when i start it fires fine, but a few times the RPM are low. the engine is running but at .5 or .3 rpm. it also for it ur start up correctly i have to hold the key in for maybe a good 10sec and then it fires up at the correct 2rpm. i know ima lil unclear but i will clearify further. i have to run

try cleaning out the throttle body. I used to have bad starts too, like it would take 3-4 tries before it would start up. After i cleaned out the throttle body and the idle thingie it starts up fine.

thanks for the replies. i will try cleaning the Throttle body,

it' cranks up, but at low rpms this just happended a few time so far. but if i shut it down and re crack starts up fine or if i rev to like 5 or 6 rpm it goes in the normal process. more suggestions are welcome
