Tach. Burned out..wuts wrong?

Today i got my trans fluid flushed and then my oil changed...in that order. About 10 minutes after my oil change i took a hard left turn..floored it, and then i parked about a 100 feet down the street. When i was about to turn my car off i opened the door and then i looked at my tachometer and it was freaking out. So i jus turned my car off. When i turned it back on..it didnt respond. Please help..let me know wuts wroing
Thanks alot
~Dave

I'm not a mech by any means, so this is a wild guess. Maybe whoever did the trany flush could have messed up something that sends an RPM signal to the guages.

Was is just a regular drain and re-fill job or did they drop the pan too?

The guy told me that they jus flush it..cause u cant change the filter cause its like built into the trans. So he said they hooked up a machine to completely flush out the trans. But it broke about 3 hours after i got it done.
