i just bought a 93 camry and it has decent aceleration,but i would like a little better performance out of it for little money. i have seen these "chips" that are supposed to add "20 hp" and to me it just looks like a modified resistor. what is this? and does it work?

It fools the signal from the IAT sensor to the ECU to enrichen the mixture. But eventually the ECU will relearn this new signal and readjust according to the 02 sensor. 20hp increase? I'd like to see a dyno chart if they can prove this.

sorry dont bother its just a cheap resistor on a stupid envelope thats all the trick is hes getting money from the shipping charges so dont fall for this.

dON't buy this crap....I bought it and what i saw it was resistor that I saw at the hardware store too. They charge that much for shipping and is only an envelop that is an actual letter envelop and they just paid for the stamp. I put a neutral on their comments and they gave me a negatice feedback that I have under my ebay account.
