Removing door panel

It's time to work on my daughter's '92 Camry again. I have a new outside door handle, driver's door, to install, and apparently I must remove the door panel to do this.

The panel itself is probably not too much problem. BUT, how do I remove the trim pieces around the inside handle and the power window controls. Basically, how do I remove all the little things which will get in the way? It seems to me that last time I tried to get inside one of the doors something broke because I didn't know the proper procedure.

Does anyone have a set of instructions written up? Are any instructions available?
