Need Help - Noise from Front Driver's Side Engine Area at Idle

Howdy:

I've got a problem with my 1997 Camry LE (I4 engine) and I can't seem to replicate the problem when the mechanic is present. Basically, sometimes when I idle, I hear what sounds like a bad bearing noise coming from the engine bay/tire area on the driver's side.

If I put the transmission into neutral, the noise goes away. The noise goes away once I start moving. Any ideas on what might be causing this noise?

The only maintenance performed in that area was to install a CV boot/axle. Any help would be great! Thanks in advance!
