Unhappy Oxygen Sensor Replacement - Bank 1

I need to replace my O2 Sensor in bank 1 (before cat converter). I was told by the shop that the general O2 sensors don't match up correctly in the Camry, and so it's necessary to buy a dealer part -- that costs $398.

Am I being totally ripped off? I did some searching on the net and found what look to be dealer parts for WAY less...help!
