My early 1992 Camry is rusting quickly after this past winter

It is the dark blue offered in 92. 8J? something paint code ?
The leading edge of the hood is showing bad rust both top side and underneath and it has paint chips big time (mostly from winter driving without a bra - I use that for summer only). I also have rust on the driver's side back door near the wheel well.
My main concern is getting the hood fixed and re-painted. I can't afford to do the whole car (properly) so would getting a paint shop to try to match 10+ yrs old paint be silly on just the hood?
What would you guys think if I got the hood fixed and painted with a really nice, deep glossy black paint ? It might look similar to a CF hood

My wife says if I did that I'd have to do the trunk too to even the look out. That would be good too, cuz then I'd shave the emblems and get my black plastic trunk insert shaved off the CAMRY letters and painted black to match the hood and trunk.
Sorry I'm rambling on here...what I wanted was your opinion about hoods/trunks painted different to body colour, that's all.
I'll get them to match the paint for the door repair and there are a few spots on the rest of the car that could stand to be patched too.
Thanks,
CamryKen
