High volume oil pumps are an overkill unless the engine is built to be running for hours non-stop of high endurance road racing. Typically, these oil pumps will be a concern when all the oil passage "bottlenecks" are removed from the motor and the oil pump becomes a restriction.
I would say porting the oil pump housing and machine it to a tighter spec (perhaps fit in a stiffer spring as well) will be the best bang for the buck. Most machine shops can easily do that for you for a minimal charge.
I would worry more about the oil temperature instead. Use the cash on an oil cooler instead
