What causes harder suspension? PLS HELP

can the bros here tell me what causing the rear suspension harder when pressed down by hands at the rear?

Can it be the spring coil or absorbers?

Stiffer is better i thought.....I would worry about it being soft.

And your "problem" would most likey be the dampers since they regulate stiffness more then the springs normally do.

I changed the absorbers and the jumpiness is still there so I will change the springs to see whether it will go away or not.
