I have 99 Camry. Door handle well thing u open door with broke. Where can I fix it???

I expect that most of your local mechanics would be willing to do it. The nearest Toyota dealer would do it (probably more expensive). If you feel like pulling the interior door panel off I expect that you could do it. They're not particularly complicated, just frustrating. A replacement at a junk yard or eBay would be cheaper than a new one at the dealer.
