Question break pad can not be easily taken out

If the disk bread pads can not be easily taken out from the metal bracket (with clip), what kind of tools do you use? or what should I do?

many thanks!

Disk Bread eh.....

You shouldnt use any tools to remove the pads....once the caliper is lifted off or swiveled out of the way, remove the locking clips and it should just fall out/slide out. Look around to see whats stopping it from coming out...

10 pound sledge hammer - but that will probably take out your caliper, strut and other components that aid in driving the car.
